Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of professional level of nursing duties for patients served in the clinical areas noted below. Education: Accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program- Required Certifications: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of Texas- Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification- Required within 90 days of start date Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification- Required within 90 days of start date
