Position Title: Residential Social Worker Starting Salary: $36,500 **Offers above the base are dependent on relevant experience Department within Gateway Longview: Residential Services As a Residential Social Worker with Gateway Longview, you will use your experience in social work and human services to address the permanency needs of youth placed in care through case management and supportive counseling. Communication, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity will be your keys to success. As a Social Worker, you should expect to: Maintain a case load of 13 youth, performing individual and family counseling Facilitate group counseling sessions with youth within the Residential program Recommend additional treatment by collaborating with referral sources Attend court appearances and report on rulings to the agency and families Input and update documentation and progress notes in a timely manor Provide after-hours on call support for youth and families An ideal Social Worker will...
