YOUR OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting Farm Operations Management Trainee opportunity. The Farm Operations Management Trainee will gain knowledge and training in our daily farm operations. Receiving swine farm management and leadership training necessary to prepare them for a supervisor or technical role within a swine farm or swine farm support department. The training period will be 6 to 12 months in Guymon on the swine farm.
