Job Description:  This is a 1-year fellowship in ambulatory care and academia with Midwestern University College of Pharmacy, Glendale Campus (MWU-CPG) in collaboration with Banner Ambulatory Care Services and Cardiac Solutions. The purpose of the fellowship program is to develop competence and expertise so that the individual can function independently as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist and academician.
