Summary The Lead Building Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for guiding departmental staff with routine and preventative maintenance and repair procedures on the university’s academic and clinical campus, housing, off-site clinics, houses, and condos. The Lead Building Technician will provide leadership and oversight to a number of Building and Maintenance Technicians. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. Summary Performs skilled work in one or more trade areas and semi-skilled work in a variety of other trade areas. Maintains and cleans campus grounds, buildings, equipment, and vehicles. The regular hours for this position are Monday-Friday from 3:00 pm-11:30 pm, with some flexibility required. Employees may be scheduled to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
