Summary The Lead Building Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for guiding departmental staff with routine and preventative maintenance and repair procedures on the university’s academic and clinical campus, housing, off-site clinics, houses, and condos. The Lead Building Technician will provide leadership and oversight to a number of Building and Maintenance Technicians. The hours for this position are Monday- Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. Essential Responsibilities        Lead Building and Maintenance Technicians by demonstrating high degree of technical proficiency and professionalism in performing minor and major repairs of all university buildings, houses, condos, and equipment, both on and off-site.
