Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Associate Dean, Preclinical Education and is responsible for providing clerical, administrative, and project support to the Office of the Associate Dean, Preclinical Education for the College of Dental Medicine-Illinois (CDMI). The incumbent maintains a current knowledge of CDMI’s policies, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and in of the Program. The Adjunct Faculty member is responsible for instruction and overall support of the CDMI curriculum, as assigned.  Instruction includes teaching in one-to-one, small group, plenary and demonstration settings. The Clinical Assistant Professor – Periodontist Faculty should have earned a DDS/DMD degree, or equivalent, and a certificate of completion in a CODA accredited in post-doctoral training in Periodontics or must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of practice with primary focus of Periodontics. Candidates must be licensed or be eligible for and obtain licensure to practice dentistry in the State of Illinois. DEA License is also required. The ideal candidate will be a person committed to educating and empowering students with a wide range of clinical and academic abilities.
