Job Description

  • Full-time, on-site position based in Gaithersburg, MD
  • Draft and prepare professional correspondences and formal documents
  • Coordinate, plan, and schedule events and realted logistics
  • Provide on-site support at trade shows and conferences
  • Answer and direct inbound telephone calls in a professional manner
  • Develop, implement, and maintain organized filing systems
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, support, and overall customer experience
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as required
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed to support business demands
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
