Responsibilities but not limited to:
Administrative support such as processing invoices, outside vendor registrations, help with organizing company events and etc
Keep up to date with the condition of company vehicles with repairs, regular maintenance through local car repair shop and dealership service visits as well as company vehicle inspection, safety recalls.
Maintain a good record of company vehicles & important auxiliary items (ex. Vehicle log, Registration, Insurance Card, Fuel Card, EZ-Pass, Navigation, etc.)
Handle Insurance claim for company car accidents until settlement
Oversee the maintenance of company resort locations by creating instructions for usage, arrangement of house-keeping repair and maintenance of interior and exterior equipment.
