Fast growing Global Wealth Management Specialty Services Company is seeking experienced insurance/investment specialists to join our Ideas Team.

Position Summary:

This is a highly analytical, creative, and demanding role within our company.

Your role in the Ideas Team will directly affect the lives of the financial advisors (who are our clients) that we collaborate with and their clients. To enable our advisors to always provide the best information and advice to their clients, you will provide industry expertise when analyzing cases; create structured products; discover new life insurance, annuity, fixed income, investment and principal-protected products and providers; conduct research in an ever-evolving industry; and create learning materials and presentation.Your work directly affects the outcome of cases; so if you are the type of professional who wants to see your efforts in action, then the Ideas Team is for you.

Working with a variety of international clients is a demanding role, which means that you must be ready to support our advisors at unusual and obscure hours, sometimes even on weekends, as they travel. Due to the urgency of some cases, the availability to work late hours at times is required. Benefits Available after Introductory Period.

(Responsibilities) Day-to-Day Tasks include:

  • Assisting in case analysis and presentation

  • Assisting in the creation of client proposals

  • Interacting with all levels of internal and external resources, vendors, and other departments about:

  • Client eligibility for products and services

  • The nuances of products

  • Product application processes and requirements

  • Ability to run product performance illustrations for presentations

  • Conducting due diligence on products and companies and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses

Qualifications:

  • Previous success & experience in insurance / financial services and other related fields.

  • Familiarity with life, annuity, and investment products / services.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Proven interpersonal skills to allow for collaborative work effort.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to organize, manage, update, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Detail orientation to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflow.

  • Follow-up to ensure resolution and completion of tasks.

Licenses/Certifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Communications, Marketing, Business or related field preferred

  • 5-10 years financial services sales experience (Relevant experience may include financial advisor, internal/external wholesaler, etc.)

  • Series License-7 preferred

  • Series License-66 or equivalent

  • Life Insurance License preferred

  • Insurance: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Investments: 3 years (Preferred)
