We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Business Analytics team and deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders at the executive and senior management level. The role will require managing a 360° analytical view of the customer lifecycle and product strategy; you will be accountable for delivering comprehensive analyses to increase lifetime customer value (LCV), decrease customer acquisition cost (CAC), and improve retention.

It’s anticipated that the role will involve managing analyst resources within the first year, so the ideal candidate will come with management experience. This role will also require developing strong relationships with executives, senior leaders, and managers across the organization. Intellectual curiosity, ownership, and detail-orientation are requirements for the role and the department.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive and department leadership to deliver data-driven business recommendations and optimize the complete client experience
  • Drive segmentation efforts across the customer lifecycle by leveraging historical data
  • Drive transparency and accountability within departments through the preparation and delivery of results and performance on KPIs related to client experience
  • Develop compelling dashboards and reports for executive leadership to provide insight, identify trends, and monitor the business
  • Partner with the Data Science team to build or improve customer-centric predictive models
