  • You will provide support to sales representatives and respond to customer and prospect queries.
  • You are an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
  • You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented.
  • You can perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills
  • You contribute to creating and maintaining good customer service relationships and ensure smooth sales team operations.
  • You can provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems.
  • You can provide data and guides to help the sales team.
  • You will develop and monitor performance indicators.
  • You can manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • You can keep record of sales trends.
  • You are comfortable with account managers and helping them develop specific sales strategies.
  • You love to stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and can ensure the sales team is on board.
  • You will review pending orders and customer requests to provide excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • You have tons of ideas that suggest sales process improvements.
