Job Description

Provide outstanding guest service based on Rosen Standards by performing clerical and administrative duties to assist the Convention Services Managers.  Follow up with clients and maintain official sales and accounting records.

Job Requirements:

This position requires a typing and grammar test; employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle, feel, or reach.  Occasionally required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel and talk or hear.  Education/Experience:  One year certificate from a college or technical school, one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public.  Proficient computer and technology skills preferred.
