General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has an immediate opening for a Senior Advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Systems Engineer 3 to join our Digital Signal Processing Center of Excellence. The position provides an opportunity to develop the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:
Senior Advanced DSP Systems Engineers analyze, design, develop and test DSP algorithms that are implemented in hardware and software for Space-based systems. Your duties would include:
Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Agile experience preferred
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
