Job Description

Dermalogica, part of the Unilever Prestige family, is the leader in the professional skincare industry and the number one choice of professional skin therapists worldwide.  Our founder, Jane Wurwand, opened The International Dermal Institute (IDI) in 1983 to provide licensed skin therapists with valuable postgraduate training. Jane’s vision didn’t end with education, though. No product line embodied her belief in total skin health – so she developed her own.  In 1986 Dermalogica was born - a product line that improves skin health, available from qualified professionals trained at The International Dermal Institute.

Dermalogica has grown to become the brand most trusted, used and recommended by licensed skin therapists to millions of clients around the world.  Education still remains at the heart of all we do.  Every product we make and every skin treatment we give is powered by education from The International Dermal Institute and we train over 100,000 professional skin therapists per annum in over 80 countries.

In order to maintain our leadership in Education, we need to constantly challenge ourselves to ensure that we are delivering vibrant and engaging education models to facilitate learning.  We must ensure we continue to adapt and evolve in an era where content consumption has changed rapidly and new theories are emerging on how people learn best.
