An exciting new opportunity to join our leadership team!!    We are looking a dynamic candidate to manage our multi-disciplinary women’s program team. This program makes a positive difference in the lives of women seeking to recover from addiction. Maryhaven is a private, non-profit health agency providing care in central Ohio for more than 45 years including: detox and sobering services, residential addiction treatment, transition housing, outpatient care, and mental health services. We strive to bring hope, innovation and compassion to people struggling with mental illnesses and addiction disorders. We are searching for a highly qualified leader, to join our clinical leadership team as a Clinical Manager. The successful candidate will manage our women’s inpatient residential unit and our women’s outpatient clinical program. The individual will perform the following duties:   

  • Provide clinical and program supervision to a dedicated multi-disciplinary team of direct service providers 
  • Oversee and ensure integrated delivery of clinical services to clients and their families seeking addictions treatment and care; 
  • Achieve service outcomes that exceed established standards 
  • Ensure compliance with guidelines and governing regulations 
  • Develop and implement defined on-boarding training programs for new clinicians 
  • Develop and implement educational and training opportunities for existing clinical staff 
  • Ensure the consistency of clinical charting standards and requirements 
  • Ensure that all services are provided with a passion for trauma-informed care utilizing evidence based clinical practices compatible with the philosophy and theory of recognized evidence-based practices and the Maryhaven core values.   

Minimum education and credentials/skills required include:  

  • A Master’s degree in a behavioral Healthcare field; 
  • An Independent Clinical License valid in the state of Ohio with supervisory endorsement (LPCC-S, LISW-S, IMFT-S) 
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ clinical and operational supervisory experience 
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in direct client treatment in an alcohol and drug treatment facility 
  • Experience in design and implementation of a variety of behavioral health and substance use disorder programs 
  • Service on community committees and/or nonprofit boards related to healthcare/behavioral health/substance use disorders, a plus.   

Experience:  

  • Direct clinical services: 2 years (Required) 
  • Clinical supervision: 1 year (Preferred)
