Job Description

This vital and exciting role within our company is responsible for increasing new submissions, quotes and premium through the cultivation of new and existing agency growth. If you enjoy a challenge, meeting new people and building relationships, then this is a position you will definitely enjoy and prosper.  

Increasing new submissions, quotes and premium by performing the following:

  1. Day to day responsibility for reviewing customer web activity to spot trends
    positive and negative and addressing these trends immediately
    2. Establish a relationship with the principal and/or key contacts and making
    sure we are doing business with the right people
    3. Establish an active relationship and meet regularly with the broker/
    underwriting teams on strategy and tactics including travel and follow up
    4. Visiting at least 5 retailers as day, 4 days per week, to demonstrate web
    quoting and setting them up on the Company web quoting system
    5. Timely follow up and continuous communication with customers to find out
    and take advantage of additional opportunities
    6. Systematic prospecting and arranging meetings with potential new customers,
    and with customers that have not reached their potential with the Company.

    Travel:
    80% of time is spent visiting customers
    Occasional overnight travel required
