The CBS Clinician provides clinical case management, care coordination, and individual/family therapy for an evolving caseload of clients. Works collaboratively from intake to discharge with internal and external multi-disciplinary team (MDT) members to ensure continuity and consistency of care for clients and families. Provides clinical case direction and recommendations to both family support specialists as well as the MDT. Actively participates in individual clinical supervision and other required meetings. Maintains up-to-date documentation and overall quality assurance for assigned clients.
Master of Social Work, Counseling or a graduate degree in a related field is required. LPC or LCSW, required. Post-graduate work experience treating families and children is preferred. Family therapy, residential or inpatient experience is also preferred.
Physical Requirements: Tennyson Center requires that direct care providers be able to perform physical restraints or containments in cases where imminent risk of physical harm is present in children ages 5-18 years.
