Job Description

We are seeking an individual who is highly self-motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills. Qualified applicants must have strong customer services skills, be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, and have time management skills. If you are a team player, goal driven, and ready to learn, this position is for you. In this position you will provide administrative support to the office and fellow team members with a variety of tasks related to our organization, managers, and clientele.

Servicing 5,500 customers, Mickey’s Linen has been a market leader in linen

and kitchen uniform rentals. Today, we are the largest family owned and operated commercial laundry in the Midwest, with multiple production facilities.  Our customers range from local, neighborhood restaurants to well-known food and beverage operators.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and handle inbound calls on a day to day basis
  • Data entry, copying, and scanning.
  • Greet and Assist candidates
  • Provide customer support
  • Administrative Support
  • Assist in all other assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Enjoys talking with people, and working in a team environment.
  • Ability to problem solve, and work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

10:00AM-4:00PM; M-F
