About the Position

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated, driven individual who consistently seeks personal challenges and professional rewards to join our firm as an Executive Recruiter. This is a full-desk role, dividing time between partnering with clients and sourcing potential candidates across the nation. Our clients partner with us to help them attract top executives to their organization and our candidates utilize our network to help them grow their careers. We spend a majority of our time consulting with professionals at all levels of the companies we work with, to solve problems and "step outside the box" to create opportunities.

Executive search is a complex process that can be very challenging and personally rewarding. If you are a results-oriented person, our experienced team of recruiters will help you become successful in this fast-paced industry. 1) Research:  Utilize multiple resources to strategically target clients and candidates. 

2) Business Development:  Prospect new clients and determine their interest and suitability to engage a recruiter for a particular hiring need. Develop successful search strategies to maintain long-term client relationships.

3) Recruiting and Qualifying:  Source and qualify candidates, matching them for existing search assignments and preparing them for presentation to our clients.

4) Negotiate Offers:  Debrief clients and candidates throughout the selection process to successfully negotiate a position offer.


Desired Experience

  • A Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
  • 3 or more years of sales/business development experience, preferable direct B2B sales
  • A track record of proven results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A confident, polished presence with a high level of professionalism
  • The ability to work creatively combined with strong problem solving skills
  • Individual with the highest moral and ethical standards, who can remain objective and professional during negotiation situations



Base salary plus generous commission structure, 100% company paid health insurance, Health Savings Account for medical and dental expenses, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, vacation & sick time. No travel.
