Lower is launching an Accelerate to Loan Advisor Program! We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic individual eager to take part in the Accelerate to Loan Advisor Program. As a tech-centered online mortgage and refinancing company, Lower aims to assist people that are making home financing decisions through a transparent and accessible process.

The Accelerate to Loan Advisor Program will provide the necessary tools to become a successful Loan Advisor. Our objective is to elevate your sales skillset and effectively train you on all aspects of a mortgage loan from origination to closing. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and transferring new business leads to Loan Advisors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making initial outbound calls to potential clients
  • Develop rapport and engage external clients to facilitate data entry and collection
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers and all management teams to deliver a financial product that best suits the clients' financial profile
  • Acquire and maintain mortgage industry knowledge
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned


Requirements
:

  • High-School diploma or GED required
  • Superior customer service
  • Ability to effectively communicate over the phone
  • Negotiation skills
  • Energetic and forward thinker
  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail
  • Prior customer service, Banking and phone sales preferred
