Job Description

Our Programmatic Account Strategists are the wizards behind the curtain, managing all aspects of complex, integrated digital marketing campaigns. If you have a natural aptitude for technology and analytics and/or prior experience working in digital marketing, it could be destiny.

We work with a variety of clients in verticals including e-commerce, collegiate sports, higher education, finance/banking, as well as over 150 nonprofit arts organizations across North America.

Mogo's highly skilled digital marketers consistently deliver measurable, market-leading results for our clients by artfully leveraging a comprehensive suite of state-of-the-art programmatic tools that are generally not accessible to most organizations in-house.


  • Manage digital advertising campaigns including campaign build and execution, ongoing optimization, and reporting

  • Implement bidding strategies to achieve campaign goals and targets

  • Perform rigorous and regular campaign analysis to ensure all campaigns deliver in full and are optimized to reach client objectives

  • Troubleshoot campaign, creative, and technical issues affecting tracking, implementation, and/or performance

  • Communicate with vendors and offshore teams to manage workflow and monitor campaign progress

  • Cross-team collaboration with Sales, PPC, and Client Services to build and present media recommendations to prospective and existing clients, as well as assist in presenting campaign results to clients and incorporate feedback and recommendations into future campaigns


  • 2+ years of professional work experience with a firm understanding of data, statistics, or analytics

  • Understanding of performance analytics and ability to interpret data into meaningful insights and actionable next steps

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent interdepartmental coordination and collaboration skills

  • Ability to communicate directly with clients to address questions and resolve concerns with diplomacy and acumen

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or directly managing digital campaigns in-house is a plus

  • Experience with online research and planning tools preferred

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, and HTML is a plus

  • Working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (DV360), The Trade Desk, Datarama, LiveRamp, and/or DMPs is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Statistics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
