The Harrison store will be open 6am-12am, 7 days a week.

Prep Cook

What will I do?

•  Work to ensure incredible service is provided to guests by effectively handling a variety of tasks including consistently preparing ingredients to be used by the culinary team as well as creating high quality meals

•  Follow proper recipes, knife skills and cooking techniques when prepping ingredients and preparing a variety of menu items to produce a consistent outcome

•  Effectively multitask and balance prep work while ensuring guests meals are prepared in a timely manner with the highest standards of quality maintained

•  Potential related experiences: Line cook, Prep cook, Grill cook, Station cook, Short-order cook, Fry cook, Pantry cook

Required Qualifications

  • n/a

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Prep Cook (Cook III) or pantry cook/ apprentice cook
  • Food preparation experience

Line Cook:

What will I do?

Lead Cook:

What will I do?

  • Assist the Sous Chef in running the kitchen and managing employees, overseeing the operations in the absence of the Sous Chef
  • Follow recipes and proper cooking techniques to ensure products are consistently prepared to showcase our high standards and giving our guests a meal they can’t find elsewhere
  • Educate customers and employees on products, share knowledge to offer complete meal solutions and suggest ways for them to prepared meal items incorporating items from different departments.
  • Manage employee performance by providing resources, training, feedback and development opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 2 or more years’ experience as a line cook
  • Demonstrated experience managing others
  • Experience working on multiple kitchen stations
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts
  • Experience working in an upscale restaurant, hotel, country club, conference center, and/or casino, etc.

  • Days/Hours Requirement:
  • Full Time applicants are required to have an open availability Sunday through Saturday, between the primary operating hours of 6am–12am. Full time employees work a minimum of 40 hours/week, in 8–hour intervals including evenings and weekends to meet business needs. Weekend availability is required.
