Devops Engineer will help design, build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our cloud hosting and computing environments. You will be a leader on the hosting solutions team and help drive cloud build, adoption and innovation. You will also work to position existing infrastructure engineers/admins to become part of a talented team of highly-experienced engineers in our Cloud and Innovative Solutions team.

Develop and implement automation frameworks featuring high-availability, horizontal scalability, and self-healing capabilities.
Develops and implements methodologies, policies, and procedures to ensure that systems are in compliance with Soc, ISO 27001.
Ensures that processes and documentation are adequate and effective to meet specifications and audit requirements
Experience leading DevOps teams and processes
Monitoring, supporting, and tuning critical Cloud infrastructure
Ensure the team's understanding of business goals, priorities, and how they align with product needs and business direction.
Develops, “Key Performance Indicators” for measuring application health
Conducts root cause investigations to prevent incidents from re-occurring. Summarizes and reports on investigations.
Ability to grow and adapt, learn and instruct others on security and technical concepts and ideas
Comfortable in a startup environment with flexible work schedules and occasional after-hours work needs.
Bachelors Degree Preferred
6+ years of experience with building, deploying, administration cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP) and monitoring of SaaS applications and related infrastructure on both Windows and Linux platforms.
Demonstrate high energy and a sense of urgency and work within potentially compressed time frames.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams located globally and the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently
Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and continue to maintain cutting edge skills and knowledge on a variety of technical areas (Unix/Linux, Application Security, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, etc..
Experience working with large data using Mongo DB, Postgres, and/or MySQL. Experience working with large data preferred.
Experience in orchestration/containerization platforms (e.g. Jenkins, Kubernetes, ECS, Docker)
Experience in configuration management (e.g. CFEngine, Chef, Ansible, Puppet, Salt) and secrets management such as Vault.
Proven development and scripting background (e.g. bash, python).
Hands on experience with monitoring and APM tools such as Nagios, Icinga, SCOM, SolarWinds, New Relic, AppDynamics, etc.
Knowledge of both RDBMS and NoSQL database solutions like MSSQL, MySQL, Casandra, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, etc. from an Ops perspective.
Understanding of high availability and scaling solutions like caching, CDNs, load balancing)
Demonstrable experience scripting with languages like Ruby, Python, PowerShell, bash, etc.
Demonstrable experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform, CloudFormation.
Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, PowerShell DSC or others.
Continuous inspection of code quality to perform automatic reviews like sonarqube.
Experience with build systems such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS, etc.
Experience with source control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, TFS, etc.
Experience with log aggregation tools such as ELK stack, Splunk, SumoLogic, etc.
Experience configuring and administering IAM/iDP SSO systems.
