Utilize the newly available telematic data transmitted from equipment in the field to make timely contact with the customers and offer the appropriate solutions to optimize machine uptime. This may be emergent repair or preventive maintenance, but will also include proactive solutions like wear items, replacement parts, etc.
This is a new position leading a new department into the future and as the technology capabilities develop this role will continue to grow. The sales (and commission) growth potential is tremendous and there is also opportunity to develop into a department manager.
Ideal candidate is proficient with Microsoft Windows based applications, enjoys communicating with customers and has technical aptitude and/or experience with diesel engine and hydraulic system technology.
