Job Description
Bridgeway Academy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to function as teachers in a small classroom setting. We are currently seeking RBTs to work in classrooms from preschool through highschool for our next school year, which is August 2025. This is a full time salaried position that includes full benefits.
Bridgeway Academy is seeking individuals that are passionate about caring for children on the Autism Spectrum and that align with our organizations core values of being student and client centered, compassionate, integrity driven, evidence based, supportive, respectful and collaborative.
Bridgeway is a nonprofit charter school and therapy center for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. We are located in the Columbus Ohio area. We serve individuals between the ages of 18 months and 22 years of age. We utilize today's ABA concentrating on assent based practices while following a unique holistic approach. Our therapy center includes speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, music therapy, psychological and mental health therapies. Our academy embraces an individualized approach with a 1:2.5 ratio in our small classroom settings.
