Job Description

ERPi is currently seeking a full-time Cybersecurity & Information Assurance Specialist to provide onsite support at our Arlington, VA site.

The Cybersecurity & Information Assurance Specialist will join the ERPi’s General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) program support team.  GFEBS is the Army's financial, asset and accounting management system that provides access to data across the Army, ARNG, and USAR. As trusted advisors to the Army, ERPi supports the Program Technical and Management Support Services (TMSS) contract for this SAP Enterprise Resource Planning implementation and operations support program.  Our support spans business process support, solution implementation, data center engineering, and cybersecurity/ information assurance.


This position will support GFEBS security operations (SecOps) including vulnerability assessments and recommendations; assist with program implementation support; and support information assurance analysis and business process improvements. This position will be required to utilize the ArcSight security suite to identify, analyze, and help define remediation tactics for potential threats and vulnerabilities. Additionally, this position will support leadership reporting, cybersecurity SWOT analysis, and validating information assurance controls.  The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise programs, conducting information assurance (IA) assessments , and assisting program audits (including Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual (FISCAM) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance).


  • 3- 5 relevant years’ experience leading enterprise security operations, analysis, and assessments (using security information and event management (SIEM) tools such as ArcSight, Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel, SolarWinds, LogRhythm, AlienVault Unified Security Management, Trustwave, RSA NetWitness, Securonix, Rapid7, Exabeam, LogPoint, BlackStratus, VenusTech, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Focus on ArcSight Content Development to meet internal and external requirements, and ArcSight Administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Coordination across the enterprise for troubleshooting and sharing best practices
  • Development of and modifying reports for Watch Officers
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with both Business and IT individuals at all levels, including senior management.
  • Experience working with senior management to understand and document business strategies and requirements.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making skills with an ability to manage competing demands.

  • DoD 8140.01 (DoD M-8570.01) for IAM Level II or IAT Level II
