Job Description
Performs high quality CT procedures, according to exam protocol, and in a timely manner. Maintains production and quality of imaging procedures by following established standards and procedures.
Operates computed tomography scanning equipment, schedules procedures, provides for patients comfort and safety, and reports test completion to Radiologist.
Education:
Graduate from an approved School of Radiologic Technology- Required
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification -Required
Current, Valid Driver's License- Required
Medical Radiologic Technology (MRT) License in Texas - Required
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification in Radiography R.T. (R) - Required
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) - Required

We are the designated Lead Level 3 Trauma Center for the region, have a nationally-recognized Intensive Care Unit, provide critical care to newborns as young as 28 weeks, perform state-of-the-art diagnostics in our radiology department, and provide complete testing and surgical capabilities for the cardiology patient among many more services.
