Fetch is a locally owned third party logistics provider who believes in rewarding employees for hard work and promoting from within.  Opened in 1997 by two friends in a basement, we are looking to add driven individuals to our sales team.

So what does a Business Development Representative do?

  • Support company growth by obtaining new customer opportunities
  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective shippers to determine their freight needs
  • Use a consultative sales process to persuade shippers to utilize Fetch’s services to improve transportation operations and lower shipping cost
  • Develop a strong relationship with customers to lead to additional opportunities
  • Identify and resolve issues as they come up

What does it take to be a Business Development Rep?

  • Self- motivation and drive – you want to be #1 and make money
  • Outgoing personality and ability to communicate – you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people
  • Ability to work in a fast paced high energy environment
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multi-task are a must
  • College degree preferred – experience in lieu of education will be considered
