Fetch is a locally owned third party logistics provider who believes in rewarding employees for hard work and promoting from within. Opened in 1997 by two friends in a basement, we are looking to add driven individuals to our sales team.
So what does a Business Development Representative do?
- Support company growth by obtaining new customer opportunities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective shippers to determine their freight needs
- Use a consultative sales process to persuade shippers to utilize Fetch’s services to improve transportation operations and lower shipping cost
- Develop a strong relationship with customers to lead to additional opportunities
- Identify and resolve issues as they come up
What does it take to be a Business Development Rep?
- Self- motivation and drive – you want to be #1 and make money
- Outgoing personality and ability to communicate – you aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people
- Ability to work in a fast paced high energy environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to multi-task are a must
- College degree preferred – experience in lieu of education will be considered
What does Fetch offer me?
- $40k base paid hourly at $19.23 + uncapped monthly incentives
- Paid training – no experience necessary
