Your role will include working the phones (60-70 calls or 2.5 hours talk time per day).  While mastering our business you are paid commissions on the recruiting leads you generate for the Account Executives you support. 

Our ideal candidate has staffing or recruiting experience and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.  Your job is to find doctors and advanced practitioners qualified and interested in temporary assignments.  Partnering with sales within a medical specialty group requires a strong team player who builds their knowledge, trust and dependability and is highly motivated to contribute to the team’s goals.   In this role you will maintain and develop new / existing physician relationships, and work collaboratively with your assigned Account Executives.  You are also responsible for maintaining and updating database information.

  • 1-2 years staffing, recruiting, or consultative B2B sales skills preferred

  • Cold calling or call center environment experience a plus
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
