The Job
Marlette Funding is a consumer finance business that offers consumers low-rate personal loans up to $50,000 through its Best Egg brand. Marlette is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Analyst to support continued growth in originations through diversification of our product offerings. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business analytics combined with a passion for synthesizing data into insights to drive business outcomes. This is a full time, permanent position with upward mobility and competitive benefits. Candidates should be proficient pulling data together from internal as well as external sources to analyze opportunities with a high sense of urgency and a bias toward growth.
Duties & Responsibilities

The Senior Product Marketing Analyst will be responsible to leverage data and insights to drive our growth agenda for a new Personal Loan product. They will be part of the core team managing the ongoing optimization of this new product. This role will interact with numerous groups such as Product, Credit, Marketing, and Finance to drive business outcomes. 

• Constantly identify growth opportunities for a new lending product from strategy through to execution 
• Develop go to market strategy for new loan product and analyze campaign results
• Monitor external factors and competitive environment and use data to identify growth opportunities and risks
• Working with the Product organization and growth teams, design tests to drive improvements in conversion for the product 
• Work within the Marketing organization to drive growth in leads generated for the product 
• Develop forecast projections for the product and analyze variances
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders


Requirements
Development
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or a related major required
• Highly curious with proven creative problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement;
• Must have a strong customer-centric focus as a default lens
• Intermediate to advanced skill in:
o Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• SAS or SQL 
• Previous experience in financial services a plus 
• Experience with market research a plus

• Demonstrated technical leadership skills including self-direction, coaching and mentoring, leading change through tooling or practices
