We are looking for a charismatic and highly motivated Customer Service professional who will have an opportunity to advance into a Sales Representative position after two years (training will be provided)!! The Customer Service role will support our business customers and sales staff. The incumbent will require a high level of communication, computer proficiency, and be able to adapt to varying environments.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will act as the link between customers, Sales Representatives, and the Production Department and your main goal will be to provide high quality customer service. This position involves processing customer orders by coordinating all of the factors involved in order specifications and delivery dates. You will be responsible to ensure that orders are processed quickly and correctly.
The candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as being diplomatic and a self-starter who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
Required Education and Experience
Apply procedures and standards regarding customer service
Document his client files according to established processes and comply with business rules regarding customer service
Follow up on activities carried out with business partners and clients
Ensure product availability
Take action and escalate problematic situations when necessary

The starting salary for this role is $40,000.00 and may increase based on experience.
