About Open Hearts: Open Hearts is a dedicated outpatient behavioral health organization committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Our mission is to provide mental health services to grow hope, provide access to resources, and build healthy relationships for children, youth, adults, and families across Arizona.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Bilingual Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will have experience working in a diverse and multicultural environment. This role involves providing individual, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages, addressing a variety of mental health and behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both English and Spanish.
  • Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organization policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc. in Arizona
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
