About Open Hearts: Open Hearts is a dedicated outpatient behavioral health organization committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care. Our mission is to provide mental health services to grow hope, provide access to resources, and build healthy relationships for children, youth, adults, and families across Arizona.

Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing in-person, individual, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages, addressing a variety of mental health and behavioral issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Offer individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organization policies and state regulations.
• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc. in Arizona.
• Spanish Speaking Preferred
