We’re seeking an HR professional with experience across disciplines – talent management, recruiting, employee relations and operational HR, to fill a key role in a global HR organization and drive all HR activity at a site level. You will work closely with local and global teams to provide consultative advice and tactical execution of talent development and employee relations activities. This role is responsible for overseeing the country governance, policies, and procedures, and enhances employee engagement and personal development.
