  • Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations 
  • Complete a variety of month-end close procedures 
  • Contribute to building company-wide policies to support the business
  • Manage collections from customers for Accounts Receivable
    • Handling customer balance inquiries alongside the Customer Experience team
  • Assist in managing our vendor listing and entering vendor bills 
  • Perform daily reconciliations of cash, check, and credit card transactions 
  • Support of financial audits by providing documentation requests 
  • Assist with required tax preparation and filings
  • Work on other ad hoc accounting related projects


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (CPA a plus)
  • 1 plus years of related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to multitask, take initiative and work within deadlines
  • You are experienced with Excel, Word, Powerpoint as well as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Experience with Sage Intacct and Airbase is a strong plus
