Position: 18-21 Transition Program Job Coach
Reports to: Center Director
Location: STRIVE Prep - SMART
Salary: $35,000 - $50,250 based on years of relevant experience and education with an opportunity to add an additional $2,000 for multilingual abilities.
Status: Full-time, exempt, in-person position

18 - 21 Program Information - In order to provide equitable, developmentally appropriate special education transition-based services for students with intellectual and physical disabilities, Strive Prep opened its 18-21 program last year. This programming focuses on preparing our students for post-secondary success via job coaching, independent living, and community access training while continuing to ensure students and families have choice and independence in what school and network students are able to receive their special education services.
