Job Description

The Marlin Alliance Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Content Manager to support our Navy client. This position supports our Navy customer and requires the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Established in 2002, The Marlin Alliance provides digital and business transformation consulting, software and technical solutions, and professional services support to government, military, healthcare, telecommunications, and utility industry clients

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Echelon II Navy Acquisition Command intranet and Microsoft Teams data.
  • Assist SharePoint Online (SPO) content managers with their technical issues, which include editing, page updates, document libraries, and working in SPO, but also making sure document libraries and naming conventions are accurately aligned to be easily identified via search.
  • Ensure SharePoint Content is tagged, labeled and properly marked based on applicable Department of Defense (DoD) Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) policy guidelines.
  • Support virtual Microsoft Teams Live Events as Producer, to include large-scale all-hands, internal user training and other command live events ad hoc
  • Manage oversight of SharePoint internet site structure to include both SPO hub and SPO communication sites

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint management and maintenance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience updating websites
