Our Recruiting team is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and communicative individual to assist in the full cycle recruiting process. The Recruiter identifies future hiring needs, designs job descriptions, source candidates through databases and social media, conducts interviews, files paperwork, and keeps up to date with employment law and legislation. This individual will act as an advocate for new and existing employees while assessing candidates‘ skills, experience and relevant knowledge and comparing them to job requirements.

  • Supports recruiting efforts by sourcing candidates through databases and social media.
  • Oversees new hire onboarding process and coordination with management.
  • Collaborates with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to department managers through the recruiting process.
  • Provide recruitment reports to department managers.
  • Coordinates new hire learning management training.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a good employment opportunity.
  • Supports HR team with various projects as needed.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of open requisitions.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience.
  • Strong computer, communication, and organization skills. 
  • General knowledge of various Human Resources practices and regulations. 
  • Working knowledge of relevant social media platforms and ATS systems. 
  • Clear understanding of confidentiality and ethical practice. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
