Job Description

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Utilizing our proprietary inbound lead system which leverages a database of almost two million targets, this role is the deal closing portion of our business model. Our best reps will close a high proportion of leads given - for a higher amount - compared to colleagues. Thus increasing the amount of leads given. This is a competitive position where you will compete with other members of the team and be compensated accordingly.

Responsibilities-

  • Work from Inside Sales office, full-time
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with referral partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online fundraising demos to prospects

 

Requirements-

  • Proven inside sales experience is a plus
  • Track record of over-achieving
  • Strong phone presence
  • Experience dialing dozens of calls per day is a plus
  • Efficient using computer and typing emails
  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation-

  • Small Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
  • Healthcare, 401K, and other benefits
  • Up to 55K the first year
