The Position:

As our Director of Go-to-Market, you will lead our efforts to bring products to markets. You will build a department of sports-specific go-to-market leads who will lead cross-functional teams from Marketing, Customer Experience, and Data in building a strategy and implementing a plan to grow in the sport they oversee. You will report to our President and will be a member of our senior leadership team.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a high-functioning department of sports-specific GTM leads responsible for bringing our products to market.
  • Work with GMs to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our products in each sport we enter including: audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy.
  • Partner with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience leaders to ensure successful implementation of go-to-market strategies and plans.
  • Conduct research to refine our product positioning, value propositions, and messaging; inspiring, differentiating us from competition, and fueling demand.
  • Develop trusted partnership with Product Management teams to support and influence Product roadmap based on an understanding of our users and sports.
  • Work with Product and Marketing on experimentation and optimization of our revenue funnel.

Who You Are:

  • Deep passion for and experience in sports.
  • Tangible experience scaling software products through GTM/product launches, product marketing, and growth tactics.
  • A track record/portfolio of creative and successful growth programs that they have helped to develop.
  • You are highly analytical and conduct your own research and data analysis.
  • You are highly organized and are used to implementing detailed plans from 0 to 100.
  • Startup experience at a company that has experienced growth.
