What you’ll be doing:

  • The position will be onsite, employee-facing, handling employee relations, and other more advanced or ambiguous tasks within the team
  • Maintain employment records, including personal identification, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications
  • Compile and analyze reports pertaining to personnel activities
  • Aid in administering employee benefit programs
  • Explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to employees
  • Facilitate investigations, disciplinary meetings, and terminations
  • Conduct New Hire Orientations and Onboarding
  • Leave administration such as FMLA, Military Leave, etc
  • Provide daily support to operations leadership regarding position changes, discipline, policy enforcement, attendance, etc.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist; preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
  • Highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Experience using ADP preferred; not required
  • High level of proficiency in Google Spreadsheets
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
