Customer Service Representative  - Remote Position

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responding to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members, clients, providers, and internal/external business partners
  • Researching and resolving issues/complaints and determining appropriate resolutions
  • Solving problems and assisting with issues that may not fit the "cookie-cutter" solution
  • Effectively educating and influencing customers and prospective customers on the value and benefit that the company offers through its products, services, and solutions
  • Identifying customer trends and communicating to appropriate business partners, leaders, and divisions; suggesting necessary corrections, changes, or solutions; appropriately elevating situations that could have organizational impacts
  • Effectively maintaining specific line of business customer service standards and support level standards

Who we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year of strong call center experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated ability to work with general supervision
  • Initiative to effectively carry out responsibilities
  • Adaptability and dependability
