Job Description

The Creative Administrative Assistant will have a multifaceted role, one that will support the design, communications, and organizational functions of the company. The position will support administrative tasks of the owners, social media, website updates, advertising deliverables, apparel management, event marketing coordination, graphic design, website design, and other departmental administrative duties.

Our ideal candidate must be highly organized, possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, proficient in social media, Microsoft Office, and have experience in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud and Outlook. Must be able to multitask, be a strategic thinker, self-starter, highly motivated and results-driven, with integrity. Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

The Creative Administrative Assistant will support the direct needs of the owners as well as those of the various departments. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creating and editing presentations and documents as requested
  • Maintain company owners schedules including scheduling meetings, appointments and arranging travel
  • Plan, coordinate, and support events for the company
  • Conduct research, compile data and have the ability to present findings in a well-organized presentation format
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Support team members on the implementation of projects, analyze marketing sources and help drive qualified leads to communities
  • Research, track and organize initiatives and date through content management systems
  • Curate, post, and monitor company social media platforms; develop a social media strategy and assist with the execution
  • Monitor and update referral sites and review sites, along with property websites
  • Manage advertising deliverables and maintain various calendars
  • Order and maintain promotional materials and apparel inventory
  • Support creation and updates to collateral, coordinate production, and track inventory
  • Update website content and build presentations; WordPress experience is a major plus
  • Conduct and compile market and competitor research
  • Assist with brand audit and compliance; reputation management strategy and implementation
  • Contribute to improving the customer experience
  • Assist with new property set-up including but not limited to building websites, finalizing SEO, PPC, and marketing vendor contracts, property signage, and collateral needs
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives coordinate with the company’s overall marketing strategy
  • Create graphic design content for collateral, building graphics, and additional duties as assigned
  • Additional marketing, branding, event, and other duties as assigned

  • 2 -3 years of administrative or marketing experience required – property management or real estate experience is a huge plus!
  • Proficient in Adobe, graphic design creation; adept at learning new technologies and processes
  • Take ownership for accomplishing new requests with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Can work as an integrated team
  • Broad knowledge of industry-related marketing concepts and terms in order to read, interpret and apply market information to understand its impact on occupancy, traffic, retention, pricing, and revenue
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to develop presentation materials and generate or complete required reports
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized


Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or related field and work experience preferred

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Compensation range $50,000 - $65,000 including variable compensation. The actual salary will fall within this range and is dependent on the individual relevant work experience of the candidate.
