Job Description

Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is seeking a Recruitment Specialist whose role will be to implement recruitment and retention functions by working closely with the senior recruiter on the full cycle of recruitment. The Recruitment Specialist efficiently and accurately manages the administrative functions supporting physician recruitment including all components of onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with three to five years of relevant work experience in marketing support, project coordination or recruitment support.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of human resources and recruitment principles and processes as well as credentialing/hiring standards for healthcare professionals or other executive/professional groups
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Adaptable and flexible with a strong sense of initiative and follow through
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team

  Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • Experience in physician recruitment environment
  • Social Media aptitude
