ESSENTIAL FUNCTION The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Internal HR team to ensure employee and business needs are met. The Employee Experience Specialist will address issues as they arise by new and existing employees and coordinate other HR-related functions as required. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Internal HR team in addition to providing recommendations for policies, practices, and and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR SATISFACTORY JOB PERFORMANCE
Associate's degree preferred or 3 years' experience in Human Resources

WORKING CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH POSITION Position may require travel (using personal and/or company provided transportation) to other locations on an occasional basis; Job duties will require use of general office equipment including computer. Hours of work are approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but will be determined by the department supervisor.
