Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Internal HR team to ensure employee and business needs are met. The Employee Experience Specialist will address issues as they arise by new and existing employees and coordinate other HR-related functions as required. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Internal HR team in addition to providing recommendations for policies, practices, and and procedures.


  1. Provide Human Resources support to Vensure Employer Services and all Division Partners
  2. Act as a liaison between employee and manager in corrective situations
  3. Review background checks for new hires are in-line with corporate standards
  4. Handle administrative tasks including:
    1. Onboarding
    2. Orientation
    3. UI processing
    4. Filing
    5. Worker's Compensation claims
    6. FMLA Notices
    7. ADA
    8. Update job descriptions
    9. Audit personnel files
  5. Handle internal human resources issues
  6. Provide recommendations for employee relations including corrective action and separations
  7. Work closely with Legal, as needed
  8. Create, participate in and further develop internal programs
  9. Work with Recruiting team to assist in coordination between hiring managers
  10. Provide overall HR guidance to managers
  11. Ensure consistency in personnel practices including warning, performance improvement plans, and separations
  12. Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to employees, as needed
  13. All other duties as assigned.



    Associate's degree preferred or 3 years' experience in Human Resources

    WORKING CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH POSITION Position may require travel (using personal and/or company provided transportation) to other locations on an occasional basis; Job duties will require use of general office equipment including computer. Hours of work are approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but will be determined by the department supervisor.
