Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide direct intervention services to children and families within their home and community setting.
Collaborate with Clinical team members through participation in the service plan development, treatment plan development meetings, Behavioral Health Plan development and Diagnostic Assessment information gathering assessments.
Collaborate with Treatment team members, school personnel, family members, referral agencies, etc. to ensure appropriate interventions are being provided based on client progress and/or need to amend intervention services.
Provide coaching and appropriate modeling of behavior for the purpose of decreasing negative behaviors of the client and/or family.
Provide crisis intervention when needed at school, home and in the community.
Complete all Clinical Service Notes within 24 hours of rendering services.
Provide all information and documentation needed for billing in an accurate and timely manner according to the regulatory body standards including Medicaid.
Participate in all identified in-service trainings according to regulatory body and company policy.
Participate in all individual and group clinical supervision sessions.
Participate in client chart maintenance and client chart audits.
Submit accurate, required notes within 24 hours of service and complete required reports within assigned timeframes.
Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle as necessary.
Perform additional duties as needed.

Masters Level Interventionist:
Perform all Bachelor level responsibilities as listed above.
Complete formalized assessments of student and family functioning and make recommendations for Family Treatment Planning in compliance with DHHS standards.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related Behavioral Health field, from an accredited institution for higher learning; minimum of one to two years’ experience working in the field of social work and/or behavioral health counseling with children and adults.
Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related Behavioral Health field ;
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
Pass current, applicable clearances.
Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
