Looking for a Data Entry Clerk role? OfficeTeam has a great opportunity in the IT Software industry. We are seeking a data-savvy professional who is keen to pick up on important details and looking to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. You will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Then this is the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short-term temporary Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Lafayette, Colorado area.

How you will make an impact

- Survey reports and sheets of data

- Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product

- Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

- File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

- Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

- Correct, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sources

- Search the internet for information

Requirements

- Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Demonstrated knowledge of Automotive Service

- Earlier work involving B2B Sales

- Computer research experience preferred

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Adeptness in Secondary Research

- Research experience

- Previous experience working with Sales Teams

- Strong familiarity with Perform Data Entry

- Salesforce.com experience highly preferred

- Good understanding of Sales Pipeline

- General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Data entry experience desired

- Background working with SharePoint

- Knowledge of numeric data entry

- Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Proven typing accuracy
