ThinkingAhead Executive Search is currently in growth mode and searching for goal-oriented, passionate individuals to join our award winning Full Desk Executive Recruiting team. This is an exciting career opportunity for self motivated and driven individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit! 

As a Full Desk Executive Recruiter you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new client business through your own lead generation
  • Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
  • Using multiple techniques for sourcing high caliber talent in highly competitive markets
  • Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
  • Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
  • Matching great people with great companies

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Experience in B2B or direct sales, or previous successful experience in recruiting
  • Creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • High level of self-motivation and drive to be successful
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
