RiverSpring Licensed Home Care Services Agency, Inc. is looking for a full time Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team.


This position will be responsible for managing all health insurance, worker’s compensation, disability benefits, pension benefits, and COBRA processing. Coordinates all phases of Human Resources Information System. Handles in-service program and benefits orientation. Supervises all computer functions. Set-ups and processes all new hires. Reviews all paperwork for completion. Enters all new hire information in the HRIS. May conduct parts or all of new employee orientation program as required. Must have the ability to read, write, and interpret general business correspondence, and procedure manuals, employment law. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions, inquires, or complaints from employees, managers, customers, and general public. Ability to function with minimal direction during stressful times.  


The successful candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalency. Some College preferred. 2 years’ experience in human resources functions. General knowledge of employee benefits and advanced training in the computer field. Excellent typing skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows, as well as familiarity with database systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as superior interpersonal skills, which must span all levels of the employee population. Ability to function with minimal direction, under pressure, and to approach unique problems and situations with creativity innovativeness.
